A Lively Arrangement of Baby Mixed Greens, Spinach and Blue Cheese Crumbles drizzled with a Vinaigrette Dressing
Fillet de Tenderloin in a Madeira Sauce
Baked Grouper Filet with Blackened Scallops with a Creole Cream Sauce
Broccoli Gratinee and Duchess Potato
Decadent Chocolate Heart with Luscious Raspberry Filling
Live entertainment by Ralph Allocco and Second Wind

Should you not be able to enjoy the overnight accommodations on the evening of
Valentine’s Day, you will have up to six months to redeem your stay!

All reservations must be guaranteed by credit
card. Due to the popularity of this event and as a courtesy to other patrons,
any cancellations made after February 9, 2007 will be subject to a $50.00
cancellation fee. Normal no-show charges will apply to all room reservations.
