Plant City, FL - November 7, 2011 --- Evelyn M. Madonia, Owner of The Red Rose Inn and Suites Plant City, has announced the appointment of Riccardo Ciabatti as The Red Rose Dining Room's new Executive Chef. In this role he will oversee the culinary operations for this 5-star award winning dining room.

Chef Ciabatti trained in Italy and began his culinary career working at some of the most prestigious hotel resorts in the country. Prior to his appointment at Red Rose Inn, Chef Ciabatti was a Chef at Donatello's in Tampa, one of the top 50 Italian restaurants in the United States. His specialty is Northern Italian cooking, his favorite dish being risotto. On making a perfect risotto, Ciabatti says, "a lot of passion and effort goes into this treasured comfort food that originates from my home region of Italy". Chef Ciabatti speaks 3 languages...Italian, Spanish and he continues to work on his English.
